Under wraps

Isn’t she adorable!  This is another digital stamp from Oddball art stamps (IMG87).  I colored her with polycromos colored pencils.

I created the background by blending antique linen distress oxide all over the card base.  Next I splattered it with pumice stone distress oxide ink.  Next I drew the stone wall for the pyramid and colored the blocks with polycromos colored pencils.  I popped the mummy up with dimensional dots and placed her on the background.  I then mounted the card stock on a dark brown piece of stock and glued it all to a card base.  I added some gems and it’s done!

Here is the cover, I blew up one of the lemon slices to 6” diameter (HUGE) then I colored the kraft paper card stock with my polycromos and just for fun I added some Folk Art glitter paint from Plaid to the center triangles.

For the inside I colored the juicy slice and die cut a banner for the quote “squeeze the day”, carrying the pattern from the banner over to the background of the next half of the card.  I had so much fun coloring this girl and her lemons..... I love crazy hair colors 😊

I made the background of jumbled bears in my iPages app then I printed it out along with a single bear and the sentiment.  I colored with polycromos.  The sentiment and heart were distressed with distress ink.

    To create this picture I used the Creepy Cute Chronicles (Oddball Art) July monthly exclusive digital stamp.
Let me break it down for you, the background was created using @Plaid pastel metallic paint (pink, blue, silver and stone) which I scraped on watercolor paper with a credit card.  Then I added distress spray (@Tim Holtz).
    I colored the fairy and bunny skull with (@fabercastelle) polycromos adding layers and layers of color until I was happy with it.
     The fairy wings are @Plaid colorshift paint with chunky Glitterific over the top of that, followed by splatters of distress spray.

Here is a close up.... you can kinda see the chunky glitter but the metallic background doesn’t show (extreme sigh)

The time of the Taurus ♉️ has come and gone but I created this card as a tribute earlier this month (better late then never).  I am a Taurus and we are kinda known for being stubborn and bull headed so I have no regrets posting this late 🤣!  The image is adigital stamp from Oddball art stamps.  Our Taurus is dressed in green which represents her emerald birthstone.  The wreath, skull mount are from Sizzix and are  distressed with distress ink.  I used several paper collections for the background.  Happy belated birthday to all my fellow Taurus ♉️

Made this card using a free digi from Oddball art company.  It is available to anyone who signs up for the Creepy Chronicle newsletter, there is a new freebie each Friday night.  I made the background using Master touch watercolors, the tree is Sharpy and distress crayons.  The ghostly Miss Red Riding hood and the wolf were colored with Faber Castell polycromos.  TGIF❤️
