     This mixed media card has a book page background that I smooshed, sprayed and dripped distress oxide ink on (frayed burlap and mermaid lagoon.  I also swiped modeling paste through a drip stencil and painted on more distress ink.  The images were colored with Prisma premium colored pencils and it was all glued onto brown card stock.

     June already!  How can that be?  At Clever Dexter that means a new challenge!  June’s challenge theme is Beach Bum (whatever that means to you) and is sponsored by the fabulous Oddballartstamps!
     For this card I colored image #130 Blake the Skater Girl with Blackwidow colored pencils.  The blue background was created with distress oxide strays (mermaid lagoon and frayed burlap).  I also used washi tape by Tim Holtz.
